With this research newspaper, I will make an effort to illustrate my personal hypothesis of spiritual creation throughout the lifespan by using my personal interpretation of a collection of ideas. The theories I will consider include Piaget's Cognitive Advancement Theory, Erikson's Psychosocial Theory, and Kohlberg's Development of Moral Reasoning Theory. In Piaget's Theory of Cognitive Development, he develops a theory of intellectual development that occurs in levels from individuals under 2 years of age through age 18. Piaget's theory relates to the cognitive development of a human person. In Erik Erickson's Theory of Psychological Development, Erikson describes a theory comprising eight levels of psychosocial development. This really is in regard to persona development and the impact of external elements to that expansion. Lawrence Kohlberg sums up his theory with many distinct levels of development regarding meaningful reasoning. This individual presents ethical dilemmas to persons, and observes how a person talks about those issues. I will try to correlate my own thoughts on religious formation over the life span to these theories as I use these kinds of authors' models of mature thought, moral and cognitive creation.

In summary of Piaget's work on this stage, a child orients him self or himself to things in the world; by simply moving and reacting the infant learns what he is competent of and what the around world has the ability to of. This sequence of actions, are learned reactions and reflexes that will be repeated. The infant is going to first direct actions toward him home and eventually immediate the actions toward something other than him self. In the childhood stage of spirituality, the new " infantвЂќ or finder, is at first a spiritual journey. Something stimulated the thought of a more deeply meaning in addition to that believed was delight. The hunter will look inside and become aware about a new notion in reality, a single with that means and reliant on a higher being. The second stage in Piaget's theory is the pre-operational stage.
